My fellow photographers posed for a tourist shot in front of a mural of a scene of brewery workers from the early 1900's. Funny ? they seem to blend in so well, except for the camera and yellow fleece jacket.

photo edit notes:

I carefully lasso selected the live subjects and copied them on to a separate layer. I desaturated them, but not entirely ? especially the yellow fleece jacket. I used a curves adjustment to increase the contrast of their faces and used and faded a find edges filter to make their faces a little more cartoon-like. Although it doesn't show at this scale, I copied sections of brick, placing them strategically with a luminosity option and modified blending so that the brick texture would apply to their upper bodies and make them blend into the mural all the better.
