About Us
Foxborough is located in Broomfield, two blocks west of Sheridan and on the south side of 13th Ave.
Included in your dues are:
- The insurance on the structures, liability insurance. Each owner needs to have their own insurance for their contents and liability insurance for the inside of their home and patio areas each unit has.
- The management fees and office supplies - The Association currently prepares newsletters several times a year that are sent out to owners along with the monthly bill. We hope to provide these electronically as much as possible in the future to avoid additional costs to send them out.
- Landscaping, tree and shrub trimming and maintenance of all common areas. Shrubs are trimmed off the buildings and kept in a natural shape as much as possible.
- Water and sewer
- Trash removal
- Snow removal (removed at two inches on the walks and four inches on the parking lot)
- Gutter cleaning when necessary
- Building repairs
- Fence repairs
- The Association also has reserves for long term maintenance of the roofs, gutters, siding, parking lot, cement, fences, and painting. All of these items are covered by the dues of $179.00 per month. There is also a distributed special assessment for roof repairs which is $21.00 per month.
